- Lifespan Integration: "Lifespan Integration (LI) is a revolutionary form of psychotherapy developed during the first years of the 21st century. Developed in 2002 by Peggy Pace. LI combines new developments in neuroscience and self-organizing systems with the psychology of attachment and with archetypal psychology. Lifespan Integration uses self-organizing systems, attachment, and archetypal psychology to help clients integrate their memories and emotions." - EFT Echo Tapping: "Echo Tapping is a cutting-edge tapping technique that can help you lose weight by pushing food away without feeling deprived. Tapping on acupressure points can access and activate your amygdala, which regulates fear and anxiety, and decrease cortisol, the stress hormone. EFT tapping for weight loss may work for some people, depending on their eating habits and stress levels. EFT tapping is an alternative acupressure therapy treatment used to restore balance to your disrupted energy. It’s been an authorized treatment for war veterans with PTSD, and it’s demonstrated some benefits as a treatment for anxiety, depression, physical pain, and insomnia." Brittany Watkins
- Matrix Reimprinting: "Matrix Reimprinting is a way of using EFT with specific traumatic memories. - ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences Scale): The study’s researchers came up with an ACE score to explain a person’s risk for chronic disease. Think of it as a cholesterol score for childhood toxic stress. You get one point for each type of trauma. The higher your ACE score, the higher your risk of health and social problems. (Of course, other types of trauma exist that could contribute to an ACE score, so it is conceivable that people could have ACE scores higher than 10; however, the ACE Study measured only 10 types.)As your ACE score increases, so does the risk of disease, social and emotional problems. With an ACE score of 4 or more, things start getting serious. The likelihood of chronic pulmonary lung disease increases 390 percent; hepatitis, 240 percent; depression 460 percent; attempted suicide, 1,220 percent.
